Everything you do yourself is free, forever. You pay only when Nova does a piece of work for you — once, per thing, at a price you see first.
Paying never buys standing or features — only Nova doing work for you. The one thing that buys reach is promoting a marketplace simulation, which is always labeled. AI is paid in credits ($1 = 10 credits) and everything else in dollars. Money and credits you buy never expire, and an action that fails is refunded automatically.
Prices
Everything you do yourself: Free. Paths, boards, milestones, check-ins, publishing, the feed, teams, private projects, the public market, company accounts. Forever, for everyone.
Nova at your elbow: Free. 50 credits a month for small Nova actions — chat, nudges, personas, progress summaries, tidying the board — at 2 credits each. They reset each month.
AI credits: $1 = 10 credits. Everything Nova makes is priced in credits: 2 credits for a small action once the month's free ones are used, and the prices below for bigger work. Sold in $5 (50 credits), $10 (100 credits), $20 (200 credits), $50 (500 credits), $100 (1,000 credits). Credits you buy never expire, and a feature that fails gives its credits back automatically. Credits buy AI only; simulations, seats and the business build are paid in dollars.
Build my path and roadmap: 30 credits. Nova turns the goal into phases, milestones and an order to do them in.
Write a document: 30 credits. Plan and fill, one price for the whole document however long it turns out to be.
Audit my codebase: 50 credits. Nova reads the repository against the plan and says what is really built.
What would it take?: 30 credits. Pick a size — $1m, $100m, $1bn or $50bn a year — and Nova builds the route there from your own check-in numbers: the gap, the stages, what breaks first, and an honest verdict on whether it's reachable from here.
Draw me a logo and cover: 10 credits. Pick a direction — a name logo, artistic, simple or symmetric — and Nova draws a placeholder logo from your brief, then a cover image built around that logo so the two match. Yours to replace the day you have a designer.
Your first images: Free. Your first set of AI images costs nothing. Badges themselves are always free to earn and to keep.
A day of images: 200 credits. Unlimited image generation for 24 hours — project pages, post images, storyboards, badges. Up to 50 an hour.
Simulate a decision: 30 credits. Ask what happens if you hire, borrow, put prices up or spend on marketing, and see it month by month against your own numbers — three ways it could go, and against doing nothing. Bought once for a project; every question after that is free.
Test a marketing scheme: 60 credits. Write the plan for a product that already exists — who it is for, where it runs, what it offers, what it costs, how you will know it worked — and Nova scores it against your own figures. A scheme worth testing can then be run for a year in the simulator. Bought once for a project.
A market built around your project: $10. Nova reads your project and writes the market it is actually in — who buys, where they are, and up to four companies who already have them. Your seat comes with it, and anybody you bring to the table is $1 a seat. Yours to play as many times as you like; replaying one costs nothing. Your own simulation is $10, which includes your seat; every seat after it is $1.
A living game of your business: +$5. Your business as a 3D place you can walk into: your shop, your products on the shelves, your staff at work and your customers coming and going, playing behind your desk while the month runs. Built once for your business by GPT-6 Astra, in about ten minutes. Added when you start a simulation ($10 becomes $15) or later from its desk; for a class competition, $5 a market. Included free with the free-to-play markets and SparkTower's own simulations on the marketplace.
Products for a day: $10. For 24 hours, up to a hundred products in every market you set up — a simulation or a class competition — each with its own picture, drawn the first time it's shown. Products added mid-season get theirs too. An Editor or Studio plan includes it every day.
Nova builds the whole business: $14.99. Every section of the path built out, end to end, for one project — and Nova's work on that project after it, including one market built around it. A second market for the same project is the usual price.
Training season seat: $1–$6/seat. Per seat, when a company runs a simulation for its own people. At a simulation Nova built for you, each seat after your own is $1. In one of our ready-made markets a seat is $3, or $6 for a quarterly or monthly season. A seat is one person in one season, stays with the company, and plays one season at a time. The public market is always free.
Post a challenge: $4.99. One challenge, posted by a verified company. The prize is separate and is held by SparkTower until you pick a winner, so entrants can see the money is real before they spend a fortnight on it.
Simulation plan: Editor: $20/month. Change the numbers and rename the rows of simulations you buy. 5 single-player simulations a month, or 1 for up to 50 people. 100 credits extra a month for small Nova actions. Up to 10 images a day. 1 free code audit and 1 free roadmap a month. Renews monthly; cancel anytime.
Simulation plan: Studio: $30/month. Change the numbers, and add or remove customer types, rivals and regions. 10 single-player simulations a month, or 1 for up to 50 people. 200 credits extra a month for small Nova actions. Up to 10 images a day. 1 free code audit and 1 free roadmap a month. Sell on the marketplace for 15% instead of 30% — 10% on buyers you bring yourself. Renews monthly; cancel anytime.
Selling in the simulation marketplace: 15–30% per sale. Publish a simulation or a hosted game and set your own seat price. The marketplace keeps 30% of a sale it finds for you and 15% of one you bring in through your own invite link. On the Studio plan it is 15% and 10%. A simulation's first seat is $10 (the simulation itself, and included if you built the market from your own project), and every seat after it $1. Your seats are the most one buyer can buy at a time, and it sells any number of times. Earnings are released 14 days after each sale, once the refund window has closed.
Promote a simulation: $2 a day. Your simulation in the Promoted row at the top of the marketplace and its category, marked as promoted, for the days you choose. You see how many people saw it and opened it.
