Your account
Sign up with an email and password, or with Google (or Apple in the iPhone app). Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. Settings holds a full export of your data as a file, and "Delete my account", which removes your account and your content.
Playing a simulation
Public seasons are free and need no account: play them as a guest. To keep a game, build your own or buy one, make a free account. Each period you set price, marketing, product, hiring, capacity, regions and financing; the market answers and the next period opens. Alone you can move on as soon as you have filed; in a shared season the period ends at its time.
Simulating your own business
Simulate my business turns any kind of business into a market: pick one of the ready kinds or describe your own, and Nova can fill it in from a short description or fit it to your own monthly figures. Building and previewing are free; you pay when you start a season of it, and the price is shown first.
Classes and company training
Teachers create a class for free, share its join link or code, and start a season when the tables are ready, paying per student actually playing. The host console runs the clock, sets market events, messages teams and exports every team's results as a CSV file for grading. Companies run private seasons for their staff the same way.
The marketplace
Every simulation's page shows its market, its rivals, reviews and what a company typically ends up with, and you can try your own numbers before buying. Sellers set their own seat price. A purchase can be refunded within 14 days under the buyer terms; write to support@sparktower.app.
Payments and refunds
You add money to your balance by card through Stripe (or buy in the iPhone app through Apple), and every price is shown before anything is charged. A paid AI feature that fails is refunded to your balance automatically; one that completes but is defective can be re-run or refunded within 7 days; an unspent top-up can be refunded to your card within 14 days. The full rules are in section 6 of the terms of service.
SparkTower in ChatGPT
The SparkTower app in ChatGPT finds simulations, explains their markets and plays them with your own price, marketing, team and strategy. It only reads SparkTower's public catalog, needs no account and doesn't sell anything. For help with it, write to support@sparktower.app.

How do I contact SparkTower?

Do I need an account to play?
No. Public seasons can be played as a guest, and every simulation can be previewed with your own numbers without signing up. Building, buying and running a class need a free account.
How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?
Settings has a full export of your data as a file, and Delete my account, on the web and in the app.
Can I get a refund?
A paid AI feature that fails is refunded automatically; a defective one can be re-run or refunded within 7 days; an unspent top-up within 14 days; a marketplace purchase within 14 days under the buyer terms. Section 6 of the terms of service has the details.
